Security Measures Used to Protect Accounts

FoundationeAccess handles sensitive payroll and employee data, so account security is important.

Secure Login Authentication: Users must enter unique usernames and passwords before accessing payroll records.

Restricted Employee Access: Employees can only access their own payroll information, reducing unauthorized exposure.

Password Reset Verification: Password recovery requires access to the registered email account, helping prevent unauthorized password changes.

Encrypted Connections: The official login system uses HTTPS-secured web access to help protect login credentials during transmission.

Administrator-Controlled Accounts: Employers and payroll administrators manage user accounts and permissions centrally.
